At Asados La Brocha, we celebrate the tradition of Nicaraguan food with every dish we serve. Founded in the heart of Leon, Nicaragua, we specialize in charcoal-grilled meats and traditional recipes passed down through generations.

Our mission is to offer our customers an authentic and flavorful experience, with generous portions, fresh ingredients, and that homemade touch that only a good "fritanga" can provide. From our grilled beef or pork to the classic gallo pinto with fried cheese and salad, every dish is a sample of the traditional flavor of our homeland.

At La Brocha, we believe in food that brings people together: whether you visit us in person or order for delivery, we want you to enjoy the warmth and flavor of a true Nicaraguan barbecue.

Our History

On November 11, 2017, we opened the doors of Asados La Brocha to the public for the first time. Located 1.7 km east of Laboratorio Divina, right on the border between Barrio Mariano Sampson and Barrio Antenor Sandino, we were pioneers in offering a space dedicated to charcoal-grilled meat and typical Nicaraguan food in an area that, at the time, still lacked significant commercial activity.

We started with excitement, but also with challenges. The area was not very busy and had no similar businesses around. However, our vision was clear: to bring flavor, quality, and fair prices to the families of Leon.

Over time, our neighbors began to know us, recommend us, and gradually our clientele grew. What started as a dream among grills and tortillas became a local tradition. Since then, our promise has always been the same: authentic food, generous portions, and prices that respect your wallet.

In 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic changed everything, we decided to adapt and join Hugo, a delivery platform that allowed us to continue serving our customers without putting the team at risk or closing our doors. It was a decisive step that helped us stay strong in the midst of the crisis.

In 2021, we took a new step towards digital expansion by also integrating with PedidosYa, thus providing more options for you to enjoy our grilled dishes from the comfort of your home.

Today, more than a restaurant, we are a space to share, enjoy, and savor the best of our Nicaraguan cuisine.
